Rand and Light’s second book on tribal gaming, Indian Gaming Law and Policy, was published by Carolina Academic Press in January 2006. Geared toward practitioners, policymakers, and students, Indian Gaming Law and Policy is a highly readable and comprehensive account of the myriad laws governing tribal gaming.
